The interminable prairie

We are now half way through our third day of driving across Canada's interminable prairie. We have left the state of Alberta and are now in the state of Sasketchawan, in a town called Moose Jaw. We have passed through towns with names like Medicine Hat and Swift Current, which are regional agricultural towns. The prairie goes on forever!! While it is boring it is also strangely meditative as there is little visual stimulation to excite. I find my mind drifting to thoughts of family, friends and the future.
