And then the weather changed...just to remind us that we are still in Britain. This is the sea front promenade of Penzance with hills covered on fog at midday.

 Penzance doesn't have a beach, so it has a 1935 Lido pool on the promenade.

Very much a working port and a transport hub, but the main street is quite nice.

 A short drive away is another cute harbour, Mousehole. (Pronounced 'mose-el' not mouse-hole)

 More narrow windy streets. Cars were driving, in both directions, on streets not much wider than this!
