We had a few hours in Edinburgh after driving over the border from England. Here is T's head on the top of a double decker tour bus. This is a great way to see Edinburgh. She took lots of photos.
Hmm...there are a lot more people in Edinburgh now compared with when S and I first arrived in April. This is the first Saturday of the summer school holidays plus it is sunny and warm. Thankfully we were on top of a bus and not battling the crowds at street level.
We are now staying in a house in a peaceful rural village so tiny that it only has one business - a pub that only opens on weekends. And we have no wifi so don't expect many posts this week. We are staying in Newton-of-Falkland in the Fife area north of Edinburgh, looking for T's ancestors. Right now we are in a cafe in St Andrews, using their wifi. More photos later...
